A Purpose-Built Entertainment Destination at The Farm in Allen
SLX High 5 Allen is an approximately 50,000-square-foot, two-story entertainment build-to-suit at The Farm in Allen, near State Highway 121 and Alma Drive. SLX Capital serves as High 5 Exchange’s real estate investment and development partner for the project.
The venue brings together bowling, interactive attractions, outdoor miniature golf, dining and private event space within a mixed-use setting. Groundbreaking took place in September 2026, with opening planned for 2027.

High 5 Exchange
A Texas-based entertainment operator combining bowling, interactive attractions, food and beverage, and group events. The Allen venue is planned to include 24 bowling lanes, an arcade, laser tag, virtual reality and outdoor miniature golf.
